Bid Day is the day women going through sorority recruitment find out which house they’ve been accepted into. It’s a huge celebration full of photo opportunities and fun giveaways, but most importantly it’s each new member’s first impression of our chapter.

During my senior year, I served as the Creative Chair for Bid Day and had the opportunity to brand the entire event. From apparel to stickers and signage, I designed every visual element used throughout the celebration. Over the course of the summer, I created two custom tank tops, three stickers, four banners, posters and signage, a booklet explaining what to expect as a new member, a tote bag, and various hand-painted pieces.

This project allowed me to gain extensive design experience while also strengthening my budgeting, project management, and leadership skills. I coordinated production timelines, managed costs, and led a team to execute the designs under strict deadlines to ensure everything was ready for the event.
